The Clever Dripper is a wonderful brewer. It combines the best of direct infusion with the smoothness of a good filter. You can easily brew anything from a single cup up to 16 oz / .5 liter.
We use these extensively for cupping / sampling and customer demonstrations. They are just awesome.
