We don’t use flavorings of any kind. We leverage small-batch craft-roasting to bring out the natural characteristics of each bean. It’s a delicate art that yields intense, complex, and subtle flavors.

Store your coffee in an air-tight container. Mason jars work exceptionally well, are cost-effective, and are available in a variety of shapes and styles. Glass clamp jars with rubber gaskets also work very well.
If you won’t consume all the coffee within 2 weeks of the roast date, you may wish to store the remainder in the freezer – and only pull out what you will immediately brew and use.
Coffee is a perishable product. As such, we don’t accept returns. But, your satisfaction is very important to us. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will strive to find a solution.
Sorry but this isn’t possible. We roast in small batches to meet customer demand in near-time, and require payment in full before we make and ship to you.
Through our secure website, we accept all major credit cards and Paypal.
We don’t like shipping charges and you probably feel the same way! So, we are offering limited hours for local pickup for your order.
At the moment, we are offering free pickup on Tue and Thur, between 4-6pm. As time goes on, we expect to be able to offer more flexible times.

We roast throughout the week, to accommodate customer demand. We usually ship out orders within 24-48 hours of roasting. Sometimes, beans need to be “rested” for a day before being packaged and shipped.
