El Salvador Bourbon

Powerful, intense, deep.  Heavy mouthfeel and mild acidity.  A balance of subdued dark toffee-nut flavors with a hint of cocoa and a dense dark brown sugar finish.  This single origin is "made for espresso" but also blends exceptionally well with bright citrus-laden coffees.

A superb espresso: thick, heavy, rich with deep caramel, brown sugar and hints of bittersweet chocolate.

Cupping notes:  Heavy body, nutty, bold, dark.

    Excellent roast on a coffee I was not sure about. Lots of complexity with a full body. Definitely not bitter but will wake you up!! Highly recommended.
