How should I store the coffee to maintain freshness?

Store your coffee in an air-tight containerMason jars work exceptionally well, are cost-effective, and are available in a variety of shapes and styles.  Glass clamp jars with rubber gaskets also work very well.

If you won’t consume all the coffee within 2 weeks of the roast date, you may wish to store the remainder in the freezer – and only pull out what you will immediately brew and use.
